Terms of Service.

Terms of cooperation and service provision by WOH GROUP LTD.

§ 1 General provisions

  1. These Terms set out the rules for providing services electronically and the terms of cooperation between the Provider and the Client.
  2. The Provider is WOH GROUP LTD with its registered office at 128 City Road, EC1V 2NX London, contact: hej@woh.group, tel. +48 798 361 000.
  3. Using the services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

§ 2 Definitions

  1. Provider — WOH GROUP LTD, providing the services described in these Terms.
  2. Client — a natural person, legal entity or organisational unit commissioning a service.
  3. Service — building websites and online stores, graphic design, advertising campaigns, SEO, hosting and domain registration.

§ 3 Scope and provision of services

  1. The detailed scope, schedule and fees are defined individually in the offer or contract.
  2. The Client undertakes to provide the materials and information needed to deliver the service by the agreed deadline.
  3. The Provider exercises due diligence so that services are delivered in line with the agreed scope and good practice.

§ 4 Fees and payments

  1. Fees are set based on the accepted quote.
  2. Payments are made on the basis of invoices, by the deadlines stated in the contract or on the invoice.
  3. Late payment may result in work being suspended until the amount due is settled.

§ 5 Copyright

  1. Economic copyright to the works is transferred upon full payment of the fee, to the extent specified in the contract.
  2. The Provider retains the right to feature the completed project in its portfolio, unless the parties agree otherwise.

§ 6 Complaints

  1. The Client may submit a complaint about a service to hej@woh.group.
  2. A complaint is processed within 14 days of receipt.
  3. The Client is informed of the outcome of the complaint electronically.

§ 7 Personal data protection (GDPR)

  1. The controller of personal data is WOH GROUP LTD.
  2. Data is processed solely to provide services, for contact and to fulfil legal obligations.
  3. The Client has the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of their data.

§ 8 Final provisions

  1. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by generally applicable law.
  2. The Provider reserves the right to amend the Terms; changes take effect upon publication on the website.
  3. The Terms apply from the date of publication.
