Terms set out the rules for providing services electronically and the terms of cooperation between the Provider and the Client.<\/li><li>The Provider is <strong>WOH GROUP LTD<\/strong> with its registered office at 128 City Road, EC1V 2NX London, contact: hej@woh.group, tel. +48 798 361 000.<\/li><li>Using the services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.<\/li><\/ol><\/div><div class=\"blk\"><h2><span class=\"nm\">\u00a7 2<\/span> Definitions<\/h2><ol><li><strong>Provider<\/strong> \u2014 WOH GROUP LTD, providing the services described in these Terms.<\/li><li><strong>Client<\/strong> \u2014 a natural person, legal entity or organisational unit commissioning a service.<\/li><li><strong>Service<\/strong> \u2014 building websites and online stores, graphic design, advertising campaigns, SEO, hosting and domain registration.<\/li><\/ol><\/div><div class=\"blk\"><h2><span class=\"nm\">\u00a7 3<\/span> Scope and provision of services<\/h2><ol><li>The detailed scope, schedule and fees are defined individually in the offer or contract.<\/li><li>The Client undertakes to provide the materials and information needed to deliver the service by the agreed deadline.<\/li><li>The Provider exercises due diligence so that services are delivered in line with the agreed scope and good practice.<\/li><\/ol><\/div><div class=\"blk\"><h2><span class=\"nm\">\u00a7 4<\/span> Fees and payments<\/h2><ol><li>Fees are set based on the accepted quote.<\/li><li>Payments are made on the basis of invoices, by the deadlines stated in the contract or on the invoice.<\/li><li>Late payment may result in work being suspended until the amount due is settled.<\/li><\/ol><\/div><div class=\"blk\"><h2><span class=\"nm\">\u00a7 5<\/span> Copyright<\/h2><ol><li>Economic copyright to the works is transferred upon full payment of the fee, to the extent specified in the contract.<\/li><li>The Provider retains the right to feature the completed project in its portfolio, unless the parties agree otherwise.<\/li><\/ol><\/div><div class=\"blk\"><h2><span class=\"nm\">\u00a7 6<\/span> Complaints<\/h2><ol><li>The Client may submit a complaint about a service to hej@woh.group.<\/li><li>A complaint is processed within 14 days of receipt.<\/li><li>The Client is informed of the outcome of the complaint electronically.<\/li><\/ol><\/div><div class=\"blk\"><h2><span class=\"nm\">\u00a7 7<\/span> Personal data protection (GDPR)<\/h2><ol><li>The controller of personal data is WOH GROUP LTD.<\/li><li>Data is processed solely to provide services, for contact and to fulfil legal obligations.<\/li><li>The Client has the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of their data.<\/li><\/ol><\/div><div class=\"blk\"><h2><span class=\"nm\">\u00a7 8<\/span> Final provisions<\/h2><ol><li>Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by generally applicable law.<\/li><li>The Provider reserves the right to amend the Terms; changes take effect upon publication on the website.<\/li><li>The Terms apply from the date of publication.<\/li><\/ol><\/div><p
